Givens and strategies
Palestinian refugees residing in different states10 are subject to several
laws and regulations that establish their legal status, rights and obligations.
The different laws and regulations that engulf Palestinian refugees form
a structural framework within which Palestinian refugees have to conform.

available to Palestinians in their struggle to survive as refugees living
under the jurisdiction of different states.
