tuning tool
I recently resurrected a little tool written under v6 unix and brought
it to v7; called scc (show current condition), it prints on the screen
a display like this:

and updates it every second. It's a lot faster than ps, and I found
it very useful in setting system table sizes. If anyone would
like the code, it is small enough to mail; just drop me a line.
