Rand / News Interface
What watcgl is interested in is not so much a way to read the news with
the rand mail/news system, but rather what should be put in the sys file
of another system to send the news.  I'm not really familiar with it,
but as I heard, facilities like automatic creation of new incoming
newsgroups are not really supported.  Proper posting features such as
inews are also of interest.  It may be the answer is to run normal news
and use the -c option if people want that interface.  The idea is to avoid
having two commands to read your news.
