Here, in Ontario anyway, we have some rather mild obscenity laws, but quite strong opinions in the body of common law dealing with minority rights as well as an standing bill of rights (passed somewhere around 1967) plus a new set of goodies that will probably be enacted around July 1, 1982 when our 'new' Constitution comes home from Westminister. Also, most of the 'minority' groups in the U.S. are as large as the entire population of Canada, so if it comes to the greatest good for the greatest number ... By the way, I happen to be a World Federalist (that's not a label for any front organization that I am aware of).
