Suggestion on handling subscriptions

Here's an idea for a change in handling newsgroup subscription/non-subscription:
What if, instead of having the "options -s" (or "-n" for gamma, I guess), how
about just writing out every newsgroup to the file, and then, if you don't 
want to subscribe, slap a ! in front of it.  Like this:

		net.games
		net.news
		!net.bugs.v7
		!net.ham-radio
		net.columbia

		etc.

The reason I suggest this is, my "options" line is "wrapping around" the screen
for the third time!  It's longer than the printer is wide!  Anyway, all I have
in there are 4 fa. groups, and a bunch of "!newsgroup".  Part of the problem
is things like the change from net.*-bugs to "net.bugs.*", so I guess this will
work itself out soon.
