The recording companies have found little or no profit in disco. There are one or two tenants in the building I live in that I would like to get my hands on. They play the rotten junk during the day. If they did it at night, I could complain to the building management. The worst offender seems to be the guy underneath me, who runs his beat during the met broadcasts on Saturday. I have been driven to recording them for later private listening. (I go shopping during the broadcast, and drop by to change reels about once an hour.) One of these days I would like to get a loop of tape with a 14 hz continuous note on it.
