The best one has (if I remember right) four octaves of full-size keys for about 4 to 5 hundred bucks. They also have some that have rhythm-ace type things in them, but I don't get into those gadgets. Even the smallest Casio with a regular keyboard is quite good (for $150), although the keys are smaller than normal. Having one of these battery-powered keyboards to take on planes and elsewhere is great! (although I haven't coughed up the money for one yet). --- Tim Thompson -- BTL/Holmdel ----------------------------------------------------------------- gopher://quux.org/ conversion by John Goerzen of http://communication.ucsd.edu/A-News/ This Usenet Oldnews Archive article may be copied and distributed freely, provided: 1.
