The title makes no difference to me (net.cse was suggested (watarts.1074)). My particular interest is the answer to: How old must a student be before he can effectively master programming concepts? Eight years old? Fourteen? What criteria can be used to measure this effectiveness? If anyone has any ideas on this, or knows of any relevant literature, please let me know: Mark Rosso, duke!mar ----------------------------------------------------------------- gopher://quux.org/ conversion by John Goerzen of http://communication.ucsd.edu/A-News/ This Usenet Oldnews Archive article may be copied and distributed freely, provided: 1.
