You might try holding a crayon or soft chalk near the tips of the spinning fan blades. The heavier blade should swing out farther than the others, so that it will nick the chalk first (watch out for your eyes). This, however, doesn't neccessarily identify the lightest blade unless your fan has four blades. Gives a clue, though.
