German <---> English Dictionary
Does anyone have a machine-readable German to English/English
to German dictionary?  My organization has obtained a large
software package which was written in Germany.  All of the
comments for this package are in German.  We would like to try
a simple substitution process with corresponding English words,
and see if the comments can be made understandable.  I need
a machine readable list of German words with English equivalents.
Word definitions would be helpful, but are not essential for
the attempt.  If anyone has such, and can let me have it, I
will be happy to make whatever arrangements are necessary to
obtain it.
