new ham radio news group
A new news group, "net.ham-radio", has been created .
This news group will provide a forum for topics of interest to 
amateur radio operators/experimenters and should give the non-ham reader a 
flavor of current ham radio topics; such as digital transmission and
microprocessor applications in ham radio.
