Tools Newsgroup
Although a tools groups seems like a good idea, I don't think it will
work the way azure!stevenm wants it to.  Most sites don't -- can't! --
keep all past news items around, so people won't be able to refer
back.  And stuff that now comes out on 'fa.unix-wizards' will still
be there, as that's just routed directly from the ARPAnet.
