fix to negative gold bug
There was a description of a kludge to patch the -gold bug,
but explicit instructions were never posted.  I sent away to
the submetter of the fix news item, who sent me the following
message more properly describing the fix.  I saved this file
with netnews, and therefore do not have the name of this unknown
hero.

I gave the modified instruction in symbolic form because I wanted
the nature of the modification to be more obvious and because I
was lazy (I use the symbolic form).

Unfortunately adb doesn't understand symbolic instruction input.
So you have to fudge:

	adb -w testrogue
	pick_up+46?w 9a04
		...
	pick_up+46,2?i

and adb should type:

	pick_up+46:	ret
			movzbl	20(r11),-(sp)

and you can exit with ^D
