Sellers also played the British officer at the SAC base, and the President of the US as well. 2) The recall code of the SAC wing was POE nnn, where nnn is some 3-digit number. The general in charge of the SAC base doodled such things as Purity of Essence and Peace on Earth, thus giving it away to Sellers. 3) I'm not sure what the premier of Russia was DOING when the hot line rang, but his name was Dmitri, and he was drunk and singing. 4) The officer who shot the coke machine was Colonel Batguano. 5) He shot it to get a dime to make a phone call, at Seller's request, and said, "You'll have to answer to the Coca-Cola company for this. " 6) I can only remember a few things in the survival kit: some gold, a knife, a .45 caliber automatic, condoms, and rations. 7) I think the pilot of the bomber that didn't get the recall code was played by Slim Pickens. 8) On the bombing run, he wore a cowboy hat. Another interesting piece of trivia here: SAC was rather upset about this movie, not because of the irresponsibility of the characters, as you might expect, but because the cockpit of the B-52 was far more accurately depicted than it should have been, given the security in effect at the time. Question: wildbill, which one of the above answers was the one you needed?
