My daughter's sixth grade teacher assigned 200+ "pickle questions"
(object: teach reference skills).  Among the as yet unanswered:
	1. Name a blind bird (no bats please)
	2. Who said: "Just give me a pickle and a motorsickle ..."
Any ideas?
