I recently (with a little help from my friends (sorry)) converted it to use curses. With a file for an argument, if the file does not yet exist, it will create a character (prompting you for a name and code number), giving all bonuses for primary traits and then figuring out secondary and tertiary traits, and store it in that file. If you give it that file again, it will print out the data (with name and code) and then prompt you for any change to the primary traits (e.g. If you had enough experience points to add 7 to Physical Strength, you would respond `7 ' to the `?' in the CHANGE column next to that trait; hitting return leaves the trait unaltered), then go on and update anything below that trait that would be changed. I would be glad to give the source out; if anyone wants it, just mail me.
