T. Ting Wong with Sylvia Schulman Contemporary Books, Inc. 180 North Michigan Avenue, Chicago, Illinois 60601 Apparently Madame Wong taught (or still teaches) chinese cooking at UCLA Extension. The book is very thorough about utensils, ingredients, and recipes, and the book covers many regions of Chinese food. I won't reproduce any recipes from the book, as I feel this is an infringement on the copyright.
