My "Strunk and White" is probably buried under the pile of shit on my desk, so I can't quote you from it, so I'll make something up: You should not capitalize "toast" unless it is at the beginning of a sentence or the name of your mother. "Strunk and White" should be underlined, but I don't trust all of you to run your news items through the proper underlining filters. My use of double quotes is excessive, but I have decided to limit myself to crt readable ascii. "Strunk and White" IS capitalized, though neither is my mother.
