Minor uucp fix
While i'm sending out uucp fixes, here's a not very important one. This
applies to 4.1 and v7, and i presume 2.8.  The fix given is for 4.1, but
the line numbers will be off because we've made some local changes. It
goes in after the 'case 3: \n case4:'.

Fix bug in that it did not prefix the current directory to non-absolute
pathnames for type 3 & 4 transfers (remote execution, remote globbing).
This was contrary to man entry, as well as inconsistent.
