Serious bug in tm.c
If you have more than one TM11-like tape drive, the 4.1BSD tm.c driver
goes outside the bounds of one of its internal arrays, causing general
havoc.
	To fix it, the declaration for the te_softc array should
be changed from:
	 } te_softc[NTM];
to:
	 } te_softc[NTE];
