Our HEP (a 40 MIPS MIMD machine) will be delivered with 16 Mbytes of 50ns Bipolar, with thoughts already of increasing that. The HEP is a 64 bit machine, but restricts addresses to 29 bits for Data Memory (byte addressed), and 20 bits for Program Memory (word addressed).
