Does it work properly? Is the firmware pretty well debugged? Does it handle modem control properly? Cuurently I have the new Emulex CS11. It is a neat multiplexer but had several problems with it. The new releases of their firmware have fixed all of the timing problems that I have run across (it did a neat job of crashing systems). It turns out, however, that they do not handle modem control properly (currently they strap carrier and CTS high at all times). They have promised to fix the problem with the carrier, but not with CTS (which we don't really need but they still did not do that right). Does the Supermax (on an 11) have any of these problems, or any other known bugs?
