There are only about 10 copies in existence, as far as I know. Someone with some time could read through it and extract the relevant parts for E-P. ------- Mail-from: ARPANET site UCB-C70 rcvd at 6-Nov-81 1835-PST Date: 6 Nov 1981 18:02:18-PST From: decvax!yale-comix!ima!johnl at Berkeley Sender: John R. Levine, The INTERACTIVE Electric Calculator Co., Boston. Subject: NLS and Hypertext overviews To: ucbvax!editor-people@Berkeley As far as I can tell, there aren't any good articles on Ted Nelson's Hypertext and Xanadu because his idea of Xanadu is still involving. You can, however, write to him: Ted Nelson Box 128 Swarthmore PA and he'd probably be happy to tell you what he's up to. I gather that the article on NLS at the 1968 SJCC (I think) is still the one that people cite. ----------------------------------------------------------------- gopher://quux.org/ conversion by John Goerzen of http://communication.ucsd.edu/A-News/ This Usenet Oldnews Archive article may be copied and distributed freely, provided: 1.
