That is where the 820 could have the advantage over the Apple or Osbourne machines. I think that a lot of people who would like to go into office automation are cringing at the price of the Star (when they think of all the people that they would want on their office network). If the 820 provides a thoughtfully designed subset of Star capabilities (and I don't know whether it will or not) at a fraction of the price it could be a wonderful bootstrapping mechanism for getting Ethernet based systems into the offices.
